* Check in is noon or later

*We can adjust times to meet your needs

* Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

* If you must cancel your reservation, a call must be made at least one week in advance for no charges.  Day before cancellation must pay half the room rate for one night's stay and day of cancellation is charged one full nights stay, unless we are able to rebook the room.

* Reservations are taken with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express you may also mail in amount for one night's stay if you do not have a credit card (personal checks accepted).

* Local telephone calls are free. Long Distance can be accessed by use of calling card or check with innkeeper about use of central system.

  * Wireless Internet access provided

*  No pets are allowed

* No smoking environment

* Parking is available on Fourth Street, or if needed there is a back parking lot
